The project reminds me of MUJI music album around the world with visual. I really love the music (don't you?), and I wish they will release the compilation. Kenji Yasuda has an album though, he goes with the name sphontik

Several weeks ago, one of my friend post this singer, Kazuho Oogiya, and I hooked to her music right away! Her voice is kinda remind me of UA, one of my favorite singer, though she hasn't produce any albums recently :-( Meanwhile enjoy magical voice of Kazuho Oogiya.

New trailer for Koreeda's そして父になる. Judging from the trailer, i think it will be promising, the soundtrack also sounds very good on building the emotion. I bet It will be a tearjerker.

New movie from Kore-eda Hirokazu. It seems to be a great movie with great story about family value.

After quite a long hiatus, Hikki is back with a new single. It's for the upcoming Evangelion 3.0. Love the video, very subtle.
Directed by Cannes International Film Festival Grand Prix winner Naomi Kawase. The clip expresses the concept of "motherhood" in a universal light, using beautiful sceneries of Japan. Kawase says, "Because we live in a time such as this, I wanted to incorporate the message of 'the need to value the things that are presently and immediately around us and can be touched.'

It's interesting to see some kind of trend in the internet, where people kinda more conscious about what they eat. Maybe because we, as a human, see the news or media, and we saw so many bad things going on, especially with nature. So we tried to do something about it, at least start with ourselves. Just with a small act like eating.
One of my favorite director, Naoko Ogigami (Megane, Kamome Shokudou, Toire, etc), always insert a scene where the characters share food on the table together, I believe, eating could be a effective media to share thoughts and ideas. Unfortunately since it's so easy nowadays for us to get connected trough the technology, we tend to forget how does it feel to communicate or catch up with our friends.
Enjoying breakfast or dinner with someone else is one of may favorite things to do. Sadly, I don't have many chance to do it :-(
Well I just hope, that with some people create a magazine (such as KINFOLK) or a program to bring back this simple routine, it could remind us to appreciate the other people and nature as well.
And in the future we won't forget the importance to get in touch with another human.
